Problem
The flame of the

Possible solution
Check the immediate vicinity of the
cooking zone for draughts and inter-
rupt the air flow if necessary, e.g. by
closing windows and doors accord-
ingly.
Check the cooking zone, especially the
ignition plug, for spilled or splashed
liquids, moisture residues after clean-
ing or similar, and dry it if necessary
when it is switched off.
Be careful not to burn yourself on
already heated elements.
Check the cooking area for spilled
food or similar.
and make sure that the gas and flame
openings of the burner components
are not dirty or blocked.
If necessary, clean them as described
in the relevant section or remove any
blockages.
E.g. after changing to a different type
of gas or special pressure conditions,
the flame intensity of the minimum
stage must be adjusted as described
in the corresponding section.
Press and hold the control knob fully
for 3-4 seconds during the ignition
process, as described under Operation
and use.
Check the thermocouple for soiling
and clean it, if necessary, as described
in the corresponding chapter.
