Fitting and Installation
• If the appliance is to be connected directly to the mains
(without the pre-assembled plug), refer to the connection
diagram shown with the following designations:
L
live wire / line conductor
N
neutral
PE
protected earthing
• Use the supplied mains cable for installation and only have
it replaced with one of the same type if necessary.
• Do not allow the electric cable to come into contact with
surfaces that heat up, sharp edges or pointed corners,
and make sure it is not pinched, kinked or twisted.
• If the cable is damaged or needs to be replaced,
this must be done by a certified electrician using the cor-
rect tools to avoid danger.
• When installing the appliance above an oven, connect the
two appliances separately to facilitate removal of the appli-
ances and for electrical safety reasons.
