Regulation of the flame during cooking
• During use, set the control knob to the position correspond-
ing to the desired flame intensity (stepless control).
Notes:
• Make sure that the burner burns with a blue flame
and makes a steady low hissing / noise (In case of
problems, see the chapter "Troubleshooting").
• During cooking, the setting should be between
maximum and minimum level.
• When the food starts to boil, set the control knob
to a small flame to avoid the risk of burns.
• In case of prolonged intensive use, additional
ventilation may be necessary (e.g. by increasing
the power of an existing mechanical ventilation
system or additionally opening a window).

Always regulate the flame intensity so that the tips
of the flames do not pass over the bottom of the
cookware. These are very hot and can cause burns
and damage to cooking utensils.
