To avoid damage, do not use the hob until you have
made sure that all components have been assembled
and positioned correctly, that they are free from soiling
and that gas and flame paths are not blocked in any
way.
This also applies to the correct and stable positioning
of the pot supports (See following section).
Pot supports
The pan supports (Figure 1.1 as an example) are shaped
differently and are made of different materials depending
on the hob model (See sections "Hob configuration ..." and "
Equipment ..." in this chapter).
Before each use, make sure that ...
• their plastic feet are always attached during use and sit well.
• that the pan supports are correctly and stably positioned
on the hob, as shown in the following figure (1.2)
as an example:
