Ideal cookware dimensions
The bottom of the cookware should have a certain mini-
mum or maximum dimension according to the respective
burner:
Burner type*
Economy burner
Standard burner
Rapid burner
Wok burner

3.3 Start-up
Odour and vapour formation during first operation
When using the hob for the first time, there may be an
odour and also slight vapour development.
This is normal and harmless; however, in this case
do not heat any food on the appliance yet and keep
the room well ventilated until these have evaporated
(max. 30 min.). You can then use the appliance nor-
mally.
