5.3 Maintenance and servicing
To maintain the efficient performance of the appliance, ob-
serve the following instructions.:
• Have the hob fittings lubricated by a suitably qualified
technician at regular intervals, or if the controls are difficult
to turn.
• We recommend annual maintenance by a suitably qualified
technician.
• If you disassemble the gas connection, replace the seals
with new ones when reconnecting.
• Replace the gas hose of your hob after 4 to 5 years,
even if it is undamaged.
Corrosion of metal components:
If the surface of metal parts of the appliance is dam-
aged, they may corrode.
If necessary, free them from rust film or replace them.
