USING THE OVEN FUNCTIONS
Large grill
The maxi grill is highly suited to grilling larger quantities of fl at dishes such as steak, schnitzel
and fi sh. The maxi grill is also suitable for making toast. Both top heating elements and the grill
element are turned on when you select this oven function. It is recommended you preheat the
oven when you use the maxi grill.
Preparation guidelines
The temperatures and preparation times in this table are guidelines.

Preheating (5 min.) is recommended.
For grilling, use the oven rack on
level 3, 4 or 5 and the baking tray on level 2.
* Temperature setting: 150 - 230 °C.
* Use oven crockery which is resistant to a
temperature of 230 °C.
