SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Never cover the fl oor of the oven with aluminium
•
foil. The foil blocks the heat, which can lead to
worse results.
The enamel of the oven fl oor can also be damaged.
Smaller quantities require a shorter preparation
•
time. If you follow the preparation times in recipes,
the dishes may burn.
Never pour cold water on the hot fl oor of the oven.
•
This can damage the enamel.
Fruit juices can result in stains on the oven fl oor
•
that are diffi cult to remove. When preparing moist
tarts/pastries (such as apple pie), use a baking
tray or roasting tin as drip tray.
Spilled food containing sugar or fruit juices, such
•
as rhubarb or prune juice, can aff ect the colour of
the enamel. We recommend you clean the oven
immediately after it has cooled down.
Note: the water in the steam oven dish is still hot!
Use heat and steam-resistant baking trays in the
•
steam oven. Silicone baking tins are not suitable
when combining hot air circulation and steam.
Do not use baking trays that have areas of rust.
•
Even small areas can result in rust on the interior
of the oven.
