SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Check the appliance for transport damage. Do not
•
connect the appliance if it is damaged.
This appliance may only be installed by an
•
authorised mechanic.
Replace faulty parts only with original parts. Only
•
original parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer
to meet the safety requirements.
To prevent hazardous situations, a damaged electric
•
lead should only be replaced by the manufacturer,
the manufacturer's service organisation or a certifi ed
expert.
The electrical connection must comply with
•
national and local regulations.
You should always be able to reach the plug and
•
the socket.
If you want to make a fi xed connection, an
•
omnipolar switch with a contact separation of at
least 3 mm must be fi tted in the supply cable.
The appliance must not be connected to the
•
electricity network by a multiple socket or
extension lead, since safe use of the appliance
can no longer be guaranteed in that case.
WARNING: You must never open the housing of
•
the appliance. The housing may only be opened
by a service technician.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains
•
electricity before carrying out repairs.
If the safety instructions and warnings are not
followed, the manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for any resulting damage.
If the appliance is no longer to be used, unplug the
mains lead from the socket and cut the cord. Then
take the appliance to the municipal council waste
management department.
