Tale verifi ca si effettua nel seguente
modo: svitare il tappo di carico (1
Fig. 88), usando l'apposita astina in
dotazione controllare che l'olio risulti
compreso tra le due tacche (Fig.59).
Eventualmente aggiungerne.
4.4 OGNI 400 ORE
LAVORATIVE
- Effettuare il cambio completo dell'olio
del riduttore scaricandolo dal tappo di
scarico (1 Fig. 89) ed introducendolo
dal tappo di introduzione/livello (1
Fig.87).
- Effettuare il cambio completo dell'olio
della vasca ingranaggi scaricandolo
dal tappo (5 Fig. 91) ed introducendolo
dal tappo di carico/livello (1 Fig. 88).
- È inoltre opportuno in tale circostanza
uno smontaggio con relativa pulizia dei
dischi della frizione (nel caso si utilizzi
un albero cardanico con frizione).
4.5 MESSA A RIPOSO
A fi ne stagione, o nel caso si preveda un
lungo periodo di riposo, è consigliabile:
- Lavare la macchina soprattutto da
concimi e da prodotti chimici ed asciu-
garlo.
- Controllarlo accuratamente ed even-
tualmente sostituire le parti danneg-
giate o usurate.

This inspection is carried out in the fol-
lowing way: unscrew the fi ll plug (1 pic.
88). Using the supplied rod, check that
the oil level reaches between the two
notches (pic.90). Top up if necessary.
4.4 EVERY 400 HOURS
SERVICE
- Completely change the oil in the reduc-
tion unit by draining the old oil through
the drain plug (1 pic.89) and pouring
fresh oil through the fi ll/level plug (1
pic.87).
- Completely change the oil in the gear
reservoir by draining the old oil through
the plug (5 pic. 91) and pouring fresh oil
through the fi ll/level plug (1 pic. 88).
- At this time, it is also advisable to de-
mount and clean the clutch disks (if a
cardan shaft with clutch is used).
4.5 STORAGE
Proceed in the following way at the end
of the season or if the harrow is to remain
unused for a long period of time:
- Wash the machine and dry it. Make
sure that all fertilizer and chemical
products have been removed.
- Carefully check the implement and
replace any damaged or worn parts.

4.4 TOUTES LES 400
HEURES DE TRAVAIL
- Vidangez entièrement l'huile du ré-
ducteur par le bouchon de vidange (1
image 89); mettez l'huile neuve par
le bouchon de remplissage/jauge (1
image 87).
- Vidangez entièrement l'huile du carter
de transmission par le bouchon de
vidange (5 image 91); mettez l'huile
neuve par le bouchon de remplissage/
jauge (1 image 88).
- A cette occasion démontez et nettoyez
le plateaux d'embrayage (dans le cas
d'arbre à cardans à embrayage).
4.5 REMISSAGE
A la fi n de la saison ou lorsque vous
prévoyez une longue période d'inactivité,
prenez les précautions suivantes:
- Lavez l'appareil en enlevant surtout
les engrais et les produits chimiques,
et séchez-le soigneusement.
- Contrôlez attentivement l'appareil:

Für diese Kontrolle den Einfüllstopfen
(1 Abb. 88) abschrauben, den Ölmeß-
stab verwenden. Der Ölstand stimmt,
wenn das Öl zwischen den beiden
Markierungen steht (Abb. 90). Ggf. Öl
nachfüllen.
4.4 ALLE 400
BETRIEBSSTUNDEN
- Das Öl im Getriebe wechseln (1 Abb.
89). Dazu die Ölablaßschraube los-
drehen und neues Öl bei der Einfüll-/
Standschraube einfüllen (1 Abb. 87).
- Den Ölwechsel im Zahnradkasten
ausführen. Das Öl bei Stopfen (5 Abb.
91) ablassen und bei Einfüll-/Stand-
schraube (1 Abb. 88) einfüllen.
- Beim Ölwechsel sollte man auch die
Kupplungsscheiben ausbauen und
reinigen (falls man eine Gelenkwelle
mit Kupplung verwendet).
4.5 RUHEPERIODEN
Am Ende der Saison oder, wenn eine
längere Ruhepause vorgesehen ist, muß
man wie folgt vorgehen:
- Den Maschine gründlich reinigen, vor
allem Dünger- und/oder Chemikalien-
reste gut entfernen, um ihn dann zu
trocknen.
- Auf das Vorhandensein etwaiger Schä-
den oder Verschleißstellen prüfen und
die schadhaften Teile ersetzen.

Efectuar dicho control del siguiente
modo: desenroscar el tapón de carga
(1 Foto 88), usando la relativa varilla
de serie, controlar que el aceite se
encuentre entre las dos muescas (Foto
90). Eventualmente rellenar.
4.4 CADA 400 HORAS
DE TRABAJO
- Efectuar el cambio completo del aceite
del reductor descargándolo del tapón
de descarga (1 Foto 89) e introducién-
dolo a través del tapón de introducción/
nivel (1 Foto 87).
- Efectuar el cambio completo del aceite
del contenedor engranajes descargán-
dolo a través del tapón (5 Foto 91) e
introduciéndolo a través del tapón de
carga/nivel (1 Foto 88).
- Es conveniente en esta ocasión des-
montar también y limpiar los discos del
embrague (si usamos árbol cardánico
con embrague).
4.5 PERIODOS DE REPOSO
Al fi nalizar la estación o siempre que
prevemos un período de inactividad
prolongado aconsejamos:
- Lavar la máquina, eliminando sobre
todo abonos y productos químicos;
luego secarla.
- Controlarla cuidadosamente y even-
tualmente sustituir las partes dañadas
o gastadas.
