3.11 BARRA LIVELLATRICE
È situata tra il rullo e l'erpice (1 Fig. 58) ed è
fi ssata alle fi ancate porta-rulli tramite 2 perni
(2 Fig. 58).
Permette la ripresa di terreno già lavorato per
un pareggiamento del suolo e per un'ulteriore
affi namento prima del passaggio del rullo.
Girando la manovella laterale (1 Fig. 59),
situata a fi anco del rullo è possibile regolare la
barra livellatrice.
La posizione ottimale è di 4÷5 cm più alta
rispetto alla posizione di appoggio del rullo
(Fig. 60).
Essendo questa, fi ssata con perni, il movimento
di regolazione è circolare ed in abbassamento
questa si avvicina al terreno in posizione
obliqua favorendo il passaggio del terreno
all'azione del rullo livellatore.
3.12 COLTELLI
I coltelli con cui viene equippaggiata la mac-
china sono adatti per lavorazioni su terreni di
normale conformazione.
Questi sono costruiti con acciai di ottime
qualità, ed i trattamenti termici a cui sono sot-
toposti assicurano un'alta tenacità e grande
resistenza all'usura.
Si possono quindi montare coltelli Sgancio
Rapido Unidirezionali consigliati su tutti i
terreni, anche sul sodo; oppure i coltelli bi-
direzionali:
In rotazione normale per ottimizzare la
lavorazione sul sodo (1 Fig. 61).
In senso inverso per la lavorazione dopo
l'aratura (2 Fig. 61).

3.11 LEVELLING BAR
This is situated between the roller and harrow
(1 pic. 58) and is fi xed to the roller-bearing
sides with 2 pins (2 pic. 58).
It allows already tilled soil to be levelled and
refi ned to a further extent before the roller
passes over the ground.
The levelling bar can be regulated by turning
the handle (1 pic. 59), which is installed on
the side of the roller.
The best position is 4 to 5 cm higher than the
roller bearing position (pic. 60).
Since the position is fixed with pins, the
adjusting movement is circular and when the
levelling bar lowers, it nears the ground in an
oblique position, thus facilitating the fl ow of
soil under the action of the levelling roller.
3.12 TINES
The tines on the machine are suitable for work
in soil of a normal conformation.
These are made of optimum quality steel
and the heat treatments to which they are
subjected ensure an extremely tough and
wear-resistant product.
The machine can be fitted with One-way
Quick Release knives, recommended for
all soils, even on hard ground, or two-way
knives:
Turning normally for a good job on hard
ground (1 pic.61).
Turning in reverse to work the soil after
ploughing (2 pic.61).
Check their wear and condition each day.
If they should accidentally bend during

BARRE NIVELEUSE
Elle est placée entre le rouleau et la herse (1
image 58) et elle est fi xée aux fl ancs porte
rouleaux par 2 axes (2 image 58).
Elle permet la reprise du sol déjà travaillé pour
le niveler et pour réaliser un dernier affi nage
avant le passage du rouleau.
En tournant la manivelle (1 image 59), qui
est aménagés sur le côté du rouleau, il est
possible de régler la barre niveleuse.
La position optimale est de 4 à 5 cm plus
haute par rapport à la position d'appui du
rouleau (image 60).
Etant donné que la barre est fi xée par des
axes, son mouvement de réglage est circulai-
re et lors de son abaissement elle s'approche
du sol dans une position oblique en favorisant
l'action du rouleau niveleur.
3.12 COUTEAUX
Les couteaux montés sur la machine sont
indiqués pour travailler les sols ordinaires.
Ils sont fabriqués avec des aciers d'excellente
qualité et les traitements thermiques auxquels
ils sont soumis garantissent une ténacité éle-
vée et une grande résistance à l'usure.
On peut donc monter des couteaux à Décro-
chage Rapide Unidirectionnels, conseillés
sur tous les sols même ferme ou bien les
couteaux bidirectionnels:
En rotation normale pour optimiser les tra-
vaux sur sol ferme (1 image 61).
En sens inverse pour les travaux après
le labour (2 image 61).
Contrôlez tous les jours leur état.

3.11 NIVELLIERBALKEN
Er befi ndet sich zwischen der Walze und der
Egge (1 Abb. 58) und wird mit den 2 Bolzen (2
Abb. 58) an den Seitenteilen befestigt, welche
die Walzen tragen.
Gestattet die Wiederaufnahme der Bearbei-
tung eines schon bearbeiteten Bodens, um
den Boden zu ebnen und ihn vor der Walze
noch weiter zu zerkleinern.
Durch die Drehung der Kurbel (1 Abb. 59), die
sich auf dem Seitenwand der Walze befi nden,
kann man den Nivellierbalken regeln. Die op-
timale Position befi ndet sich 4-5 cm höher als
die Aufl ageposition der Walze (Abb. 60).
Da diese mit Bolzen befestigt ist, erhält man
bei der Regelung eine kreisförmige Bewegung
und beim Senken nähert diese sich in schräger
Position dem Boden an, damit der Boden unter
dem Nivellierbalken besser durchgleitet.
3.12 MESSER
Die Messer, mit der der Maschine ausgerüstet
wird, eignen sich zur Bearbeitung von Boden
mit normaler Beschaffenheit. Diese bestehen
aus Stählen bester Qualität, und die Wärme-
behandlungen, denen sie unterzogen werden,
gewährleisten eine hohe Festigkeit und eine
große Verschleißbeständigkeit.
Man kann daher in einer Richtung arbeitende
Schnellkupplungsmesser montieren, die
auf allen Geländetypen geeignet sind, auch
auf festem Boden, oder in zwei Richtungen
arbeitende Messer.
Bei normaler Drehung zum Optimierung
der Arbeit auf festem Boden (1 Abb. 61).
Bei umgekehrter Drehung zum Arbeiten
mit dem Pfl ug (2 Abb. 61).

3.11 BARRA NIVELADORA
Está situada entre el rodillo y la grada (1 Foto
58) y fi jada a los laterales porta-rodillos me-
diante 2 pernos (2 Foto 58).
Permite la reelaboración del terreno ya tra-
bajado, nivelándolo y refi nándolo antes del
pasaje del rodillo.
Girando la manivela (1 Foto 59), ubicada al
lado del rodillo, es posible regular la barra
niveladora.
La posición optimal es de 4÷5 cm más alta
respecto de la posición de apoyo del rodillo
(Foto 60).
Puesto que la barra está fi jada con pernos, el
movimiento de regulación es circular y en des-
censo, ésta se acerca al terreno en posición
oblicua predisponiendo el pasaje del terreno
a la acción del rodillo nivelador.
3.12 CUCHILLAS
Las cuchillas con las que está equipada la
máquina son idóneas para el trabajo sobre
terrenos de normal conformación.
Los mismos están realizados con acero de pri-
mera calidad, y los tratamientos térmicos a los
cuales han sido sometidos, garantizan tenaci-
dad y gran resistencia al desgaste. Es posible
por lo tanto montar cuchillas de Desenganche
Rápido Unidireccional aconsejadas en todo
tipo de terreno, incluso terrenos compactos; o
bien montar cuchillas bi-direccionales:
Con rotación normal para optimizar el labo-
reo sobre terreno compacto (1 Fig. 61).
Con rotación inversa para el laboreo con
arado (2 Fig. 61).
