End position
6. Tense your arm, gluteal and stomach muscles.
7. Raise your buttocks off the mat to the product height.
8. Your elbows should be pointing away from your body and keep your shoulders down.
Make sure that your upper body remains upright with your head as an extension of the
spine.
9. Stay in this position for a moment, then go back to the starting position.
10. Repeat this exercise slowly until the set time is up.
Important: Keep your body tense and shoulders down during the
exercise.

Stretching

Take enough time to stretch after the exercises. We describe some simple exercises to you in
the following.
You should do each exercise 3 times per side for 30-40 seconds.
Note: Stretching is carried out on a non-slip surface.
Neck muscles
1. Stand relaxed. Using your hand, gently move your head to the left, then to the right. This
exercise stretches the sides of your neck.
Arms and shoulders
1. Stand upright, knee joints slightly bent.
2. Move your right arm behind your head until your right hand is between your shoulder
blades.
3. Grip your right elbow with your left hand and pull it backwards.
4. Switch sides and repeat the exercise.
