VIBRATION BOARD
2. Put your feet on the product. Stand firmly on your heels with your knees slightly bent.
End position
3. Tense the leg muscles.
4. Start the product using the remote control.
5. Keep the body tense during vibration.
6. Stay on the product until the end of the set vibration time and then rest for a few seconds.
Important: Keep your upper body and pelvis straight during the
exercise. Vary the vibration levels, strength and time. Try different
foot positions (middle to outside).
Squat (Fig. M)
Starting position
1. Set the product to the required time and vibration level.
2. Stand on the vibration board, feet parallel hip width apart. Start the product using the
remote control.
End position
3. Bend your legs in a slow and controlled manner, until your thighs are roughly parallel to
the floor.
4. The upper body tilts slightly forward and the bottom pushes backwards.
5. Breathe in during this exercise phase.
6. When moving down, make sure that your knees are pointing in the same direction as your
toes and are behind or at the same level as your toes at the most.
7. Repeat this exercise until the end of the set vibration time.
Important: Keep your upper body and pelvis straight during the
exercise. Keep the body tense during the exercise.
Jackknifes (Fig. N)
Starting position
1. Set the product to the required time and vibration level.
2. Sit down in the middle of the product with your back to the display and start the product
using the remote control.
