Always use the remote control while working out. Otherwise, there is a risk of falling if you
press the touch keys on the display while working out.

1. Inserting the battery into the remote control (Fig. I)

CAUTION: Observe the following instructions to avoid mechanical
and electrical damage.
The battery compartment (3f) is located on the side of the remote control (3). Insert the
supplied battery into the battery compartment (3f) of the remote control (3) as follows:
1. Open the lid of the battery compartment of the remote control.
2. Carefully place the 3V CR2032 battery into the battery compartment with the + terminal
facing down. The battery must be completely inside the battery compartment.
CAUTION: Make sure the positive/ negative pole of the battery is the right way
round and correctly inserted.
3. Put the lid on the remote control.

2. Replacing the battery

CAUTION: Observe the following instructions to avoid mechanical
and electrical damage.
If the battery (5) no longer works, replace it as described for inserting it. Remove
the battery inside the product before inserting the new battery.

3. Using the remote control with casing

Insert the remote control (3) into the casing (4), as shown in Figure J.

4. Using the remote control with wrist strap

You can wear the remote control (3) on your wrist. If necessary, remove the remote control
from the casing (4), if it is inside.
1. Pull the bracelet (6) through the remote control tabs (3g).
2. Place the strap with the remote control around your wrist and close it (Fig. K).

5. Using the remote control (Fig. H)

The remote control (3) has a range of approx. 2.50 m.
Point the remote control as close as possible to the display's sensor.
The device beeps every time a key is pressed.
