4. Personal training

1. Switch the product to standby mode (see chapter „Turning the product on and off"
section).
2. Press the SPEED -/+ touch keys on the product display or the M (3b) and / (3a/3c)
keys on the remote control several times to set the desired vibration level.
3. Press the TIME -/+ touch keys on the product display or the M (3b) and / (3a/3c)
keys on the remote control several times to set the desired training time. You can set the
training time to 1-10 minutes.
4. In standby mode, press the Play touch key on the product display or the (3e) key on the
remote control to start the product.
Note: The display counts down from 3 to 0 before the program starts. You can get into
the right position in this time. Then the vibrations begin.
5. Press the Play key on the product or the (3e) key on the remote control to end the
workout early. The product does not stop moving abruptly but slowly runs down.

General instructions and tips for exercises

• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Warm up before each use and gradually ease off with the exercise.
• Take sufficiently long breaks between exercises and drink plenty.
• As a beginner, place your feet close to each other on the product and use the
corresponding mat. This will slowly get you used to the product.
• The product's vibrations can be amplified by leaving off your shoes. An additional
massage effect occurs when bare feet are placed on the massage balls.
• Carry out all the exercises evenly, not jerkily and quickly.
• Make sure you breathe evenly. Exhale during exertion and inhale when the strain is
relieved.
• Make sure your posture is correct during the exercise.
• Make sure that your feet are ideally positioned on the product.
• Always stand with bent limbs (with arms or legs, depending on starting position) on the
product. If your limbs are fully stretched, your muscles cannot absorb the vibration. The
vibration is then transmitted via the bones to the skull.
