Selecting the mode
You can either complete standard personal training or choose from five preprogrammed
training sessions (P1 to P5).
1. Carrying out preprogrammed settings
WARNING!

Improper use may result in injuries.
• When standing on the vibration plate with the vibration function turned on only make
adjustments using the remote control to prevent falling/loss of balance when operating the
touch key on the product.
• The workout always starts with the last set vibration frequency. You cannot change the
speed until the workout has started.
2. Training in program mode
The product has five preset programs (P1-P5) with a running time of max. 10 minutes, in
which the frequency changes automatically after certain intervals.
1. If necessary, press the SET touch key on the display (Fig. G) or the P key (3d) on the
remote control several times until the required training program P1, P2, P3, P4 or P5
appears on the display.
2. Press the START/STOP touch key on the product display or the (3e) key on the remote
control to start the product.
Note: You cannot control the time and speed manually in program mode.
3. Press the START/STOP touch key on the product display or the (3e) key on the remote
control to end the workout early.

Easy pyramid training: 10 minutes
• Minute 1-3 from 5 Hz to 7.32 Hz; warm-up phase
• Minute 4-7 from 8.48 Hz to 11.96 Hz; intensity phase with moderate exercising of the
supporting hip and back muscles and improving intermuscular coordination
• Minute 8-10 from 10.8 Hz to 8.48 Hz; loosening muscles and cool-down
Select training session P1 as described in the „Selecting the mode" section and start the
workout.
