7.3.7 Load distribution

A small example: you are building a table with four lifting
columns. Each lifting column can bear 1000 N. Thus, the
lifting columns together must bear a load Fmax = 4000 N, if
the load is symmetrically in the centre of the table. If the load
moves into a corner of the table, then the lifting column has
to bear almost the entire load of 4000 N under this corner.
This would inevitably lead to overload. Even at the planning
stage of your application, pay attention not only to the total
load, but also the load on the individual lifting columns.

7.4 Installation

7.4.1 Installing the profiles (without assembly plate)

The application surfaces for fixing the profiles must be level. A full-surface placement on a stable
substructure is required.
For assembly, proceed as follows:
Screw in the M8 fastening screws with 15 Nm torque into the screw channels. For the first
assembly, the minimum screw-in depth is 20 mm, when the assembly is carried out again,
40 mm.

7.4.2 Installing the profiles (with assembly plate)

The application surfaces for fixing the outer profile with mounted assembly plate must be level.
A full-surface substructure is required. Please observe the minimum screw-in depth.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Insert the M8 fixing screws according to DIN 7991 or DIN EN ISO 10642 through the assembly
plate and screw together with the subsurface to a tightening torque of 15 Nm.
