6.4.4 Multilift II impact

Multilift II impact is a special version for use in shock loaded applications.
The Multilift II impact can be used as a lifting element in assembly tables, for example. In such
applications, there are often high impact forces caused by axial shock loads which occur when a
heavy workpiece is unloaded, among other things. The short-acting impact forces are absorbed
by an internal damping system.
Permitted masses in relation to the set-down speed taking the different stroke lengths into
consideration

The support construction (1) must withstand
an impact force of 6,000 N under maximum
loading (pulse). No safety factor is included.
The impact loads can briefly overload the
self-locking system of the Multilift II and result
in a misalignment in synchronised systems. If
this occurs, perform an initialisation run.
After 100,000 impact loads at the maximum
pulse, the Multilift II impact must be replaced.
