12. Adjusting the remote control system

For adapting the flight properties, the remote sensor offers the most varied adjustment options.
Our tip:
To test the function of the two adjustment controls without risk, we recommend removing two of the
three plug connections to the electric engine beforehand. Now you can easily operate the control stick
for the pitch function and observe the motion of the swash plate and the tail servo without starting the
rotors.

a) Overview of the transmitter setting functions

The two adjuster controls V1 and V2 are activated via the dip switches 10, 11 or 12 (see ill. 19, 21 and 26). Depending
on which dip switch is activated, the adjuster controls perform different functions. However, both controllers are always
activated together.
When resetting the dip switch, each controller saves the current position as new set value.

Warning!
To prevent unintentional alteration of a setup value, you should always observe the positions of both
adjusters before resetting a dip switch and therefore saving the values.
If none of the 3 dip switches is activated, shifting the adjusters has no influence on the model or the
saved values.
