e) Checking the rotor head setting

Before you can make your first test flight with the helicopter you will need to check or adjust the settings of the rotor
head.
Attention important!
Before putting your transmitter into operation, make sure that the switch for aerobic/inverted flight (see
ill. 1, pos. 4) is in the top position (N).
You may not use this switch at first, because otherwise the rotor blades of the helicopter, which is still
standing on the ground, start up uncontrolled with maximum force and destroy the model.
Damage to the model or any subsequent damage caused by this wrong handling are not covered by
the warranty/guarantee.
• In order to prevent the uncontrolled start-up of the
electric engine during maintenance and adjustment
work, simply disconnect one of the three plug
connections to the drive engine (1).
• Now put the transmitter into operation and connect the
flight battery to the helicopter. The three swash plate
servos (2) immediately go into their basic position.
• On the Piezo gyro (3), the LED (4) blinks rapidly and
approx. 3 seconds afterwards, the tail servo (5) also
goes into the basic position. The helicopter may not be
moved during this time.
Right after connecting the battery, the speed adjuster also performs an internal adjustment and afterwards
transmits some short, high-frequency impulses to the engine. However, as long as not all engine
connections are connected with each other, the sound sequence emitted by the adjuster cannot be
heard.
