Fehlerquellen
Innerhalb der Flasche baut sich kein Druck auf und es tritt
kein Desinfektionsmittel aus den Instrumenten aus !
• Den richtigen Sitz der Flasche in der Flaschenhalterung
überprüfen.
• Es befindet sich ein Leck in den Druckleitungen
→ Techniker informieren.
• Den Zugschalter erneut schließen ggf. die Flasche weiter
in die Flaschenaufnahme eindrehen, und dann
Zugschalter öffnen. (Vorsicht, nicht zu fest eindrehen !)
Während des Entkeimungsvorganges wurde RiTron
verschüttet !
• Die verschmutzten Stellen einfach mit vorhandenem
Desinfektionsmittel reinigen.
• Es ist dabei jedoch darauf zu achten, dass die
verschmutzten Stellen/Gegenstände unempfindlich
gegen das verwendete Desinfektionsmittel sind.
Beim Befluten mit Desinfektionsflüssigkeit tritt nur wenig
blaues RiTron aus den Instrumenten aus !
• Der Luftdruck des Hausanschlusses ist zu gering, so
dass nicht genügend Druck innerhalb der Flasche aufge-
baut wird. (Grenzwerte beachten !)
Beim Spülen mit Wasse tritt nur wenig Betriebswasser
aus den Instrumenten aus !
• Es wurde vergessen die Instrumente vor dem Spülen der
Leitungen abzuziehen.
Rückstände (Biofilm) aus den Leitungen verstopfen die
Kanäle der Instrumente.

Error Source
No pressure is establishing within the bottle and no disin-
fection agent leaks out of the instrument hoses !
• Check the correct placing of the bottle at the bottle
support.
• The pressure lines have a leak → Inform a technician.
• Set the pull switch on the bottle support to „OFF" posi-
tion, tighten the bottle a little bit more to bottle support
and switch-on again.
(Attention: Don't tighten the bottle too firmly !)
RiTron was spilled out during the disinfection process !
• Clean the dirty area with available disinfection agents.
• It has to be noticed that the dirty objects/areas are
impassible again the uses disinfection agent.
During the rinsing with disinfection agent, only little
amounts of RiTron leaks out of the instruments!
• The air pressure of the house connection is too less so
that inside the bottle not enough pressure is built up.
(Notice the limit value !)

• It was forgotten to detach the instruments from the hoses
before starting to rinse.
Residues (biofilm) of the hoses are blocking the instru-
ments.
