ABS – Water disinfection WEK
Intensiv-Wasserentkeimung mit WEK (Metasys)
1.) WEK-Intensiv-Wasserentkeimung starten
Intensiv Entkeimung am Bedienteil Metasys starten:
• RESET-Taste drücken (ca. 4 s lang, Kontollampe 1 blinkt),
bis zum 1. Piepston
• während der Intensiventkeimung:
→ Kontrollampe 1 leuchtet
→ Kontrollampe 3 flackert
(siehe WEK Metasys Anleitung)
• an Arzt- oder Helferintableau Taste
oft drücken, bis ca. 500 ml entnommen sind
• jedes Instrument und Multifunktionshandstück ca. 30 s
lang betätigen
• Ritter R400 für mindestens 30 Minuten oder übers
Wochenende ausschalten
2.) Wiederinbetriebnahme der Behandlungseinheit/
Desinfektionsmittel ausspülen
• Ritter R400 einschalten
• an Arzt- oder Helferintableau Taste
oft drücken, bis ca. 500 ml entnommen sind
• Instrument/Mehrfunktionshandstück aufstecken
• jedes Instrument und Mehrfunktionshandstück ca. 30 s
lang betätigen
→ WEK Kontrollampe 3 erlischt und WEK ist wieder im
Normalbetrieb
Ihre Behandlungseinheit ist nun einsatzbereit.

beachten.

1.) Start the Intensive water disinfection with WEK
start intensive water disinfection on the Metasys control
panel:
• press key RESET for 4 s until the 1st beep sounds (indi-
cator light 1 blinks)
• during the intensive water disinfection:
→ indicator light 1 on
→ indicator light 3 flickers
(see manual of water disinfection system)
• press key (cup filler) on dentist or assistant keyboard
until about 500 ml has been taken
• activate every instrument and multifunction handpiece
for 30 s
• switch off the Ritter R400 for at least 30 minutes or over
the weekend
2.) Placing into operation of the dental unit/Rinse the
disinfectants
• switching on Ritter R400
• press key (cup filler) on dentist or assistant keyboard
until about 500 ml has been taken
• Plug on the instrument/multifunction handpiece
• activate every instrument and multifunction handpiece
for 30 s
→ Indicator light 3 lights off and the water disinfection
system is back to normal condition
The dental unit is now ready for operation.
