ABS – Replace the bottle
Wechsel der Flasche
Der maximal zugelassene Verwendungszeitraum ist auf
einem Sicherheitsaufkleber auf der Druckflasche ange-
geben. (siehe nachfolgende Abbildung)
Beispiel (lt. Abbildung):
Das Etikett gibt an, dass die Druckflasche nur bis Juli 2018
verwendet werden darf. Spätestens im August 2018 muss
sie demnach durch ein neues Exemplar ersetzt werden.
Der ordnungsgemäß durchgeführte Austausch der Druck-
flasche mus auf dem mitgelieferten Reinigungsplan
(U16505) entsprechend vermerkt werden.
Über den gekennzeichneten Zeitraum hinaus dürfen die
Druckflaschen nicht mehr verwendet werden.

Bei Arbeiten mit RiTron sind Schutzhandschuhe
und dicht schließende Schutzbrille tragen.
Befüllung der Flasche
Das Befüllen der Vorratsflasche
(siehe auch Abbildung) erfolgt
nach folgender Schrittfolge:
• Zugschalter (1) auf stellen
(drücken)
• leere Druckflasche ist aus der
Aufnahme zu schrauben
(entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn)
• Flasche mit RiTron aus dem 5 l
Cubitainer aufzufüllen
• Druckflasche nur handfest in die
Flaschenaufnahme ein-
schrauben
• Zugschalter in Stellung
Bei eingeschaltetem Zugschalter baut sich ein Druck in der
Flasche auf. Dies ist durch die einströmende Luft hörbar.

Replace the bottle
The date of expiration is indicated on the security label on
the bottle.
(see following figure)
Example (see figure):
The stamped marking on the security label indicates that
the pressure bottle may only be used until July 2018. The
pressure bottle must be replaced by a new one not later
then August 2018.
The changing of the bottle must be performed with the
supplied diagram of Ritter AHS/ABS (U16505).
Write the change of the bottle in this diagram.
The bottle may not be used longer than defined on the
label.

Filling of the bottle
The following steps describe the filling of
the bottle
