Getestet wird die Funktion des Tragarms, die Rück-
stopps des Tragarms sowie die Lampe selbst, welche
sich nach der Positionierung nicht von selbst bewegen
dürfen.
Somit wird ein Überdrehen und eine mögliche Kabel-
quetschung vermieden. Die Lampe beinhaltet neben
dem Ein-/Ausschalten auch Intensitätsstufen. (Details
siehe separate Gebrauchsanweisung für die
OP-Lampe.)
Instrumententisch-Arm
Alle beweglichen Teile müssen ohne Widerstände leicht
beweglich sein. Nachdem die Arbeitsposition eingestellt
ist, kann diese mit der Feststellschraube gesichert
werden. Getestet werden müssen die Rückstopps des
Arms, um mögliche Beschädigungen der Oberfläche
und eine Kabelquetschung durch ein Überdrehen zu
vermeiden.
Die Grundeinstellungen des Arms werden durch den
Hersteller vor Auslieferung sichergestellt.
Leistungsfähigkeit kleiner Absaugschlauch
Ein Messzylinder mit Volumen von 1 Liter wird mit
Wasser gefüllt und vom kleinen Saugschlauch abge-
saugt. Die Absaugleistung muss dabei mindestens 0,5 l/
min pro Minute betragen.
Mundspülbecken-Funktion
Die Funktion wird durch Drücken der entsprechenden
Tasten am Bedientableau des Arzt- bzw. Helferinele-
ments ausgelöst.
Getestet wird der Spülvorgang und der konstante
Wasserfluss. Auch die Sicherheitsstopps der Mundspül-
becken-Bewegung müssen kontrolliert werden.
Spülglas-Befüllung
Die Glasbefüllung wird von der Arzt- bzw. Helferinnen-
seite ausgelöst.
Funktionen der Patientenliege
Sichtkontrolle des Polsters sowie die automatischen
und manuellen Stuhlfunktionen testen (siehe auch
Kapitel Patientenliege, Seite 36).
Bei aktivem Instrument müssen die Funktionen der
Liege deaktiviert sein.
Traglast der Patientenliege
Die Liege ist für ein Gewicht von bis zu 150 kg ausge-
legt. Unter Belastung werden die Auf- und Abbewe-
gungen getestet. Ein ruhiger und gleichmäßiger Lauf
der Motoren wird vorausgesetzt.
Bewegung der Kopfstütze
Die Doppelgelenk-Kopfstütze muss in ihrer Beweglich-
keit getestet werden. Dazu Kopfstütze ausfahren (über
Schieber-Betätigung) und Knopf am hinteren Teil der
Kopfstütze lösen. Die Kopfstütze nun frei bewegen. Zur
Fixierung müssen sowohl der Schieber als auch der
Knopf wieder fixiert werden.

Operating lamp
Test the functions of the balance arm, the back-stopp of
the balance arm and the lamp itself, they are not
allowed to move by themselves after positioning.
This way a jiggering and a possible cable pinch can be
avoided. The lamp contains an intensity regulator next
to the on- and off-switch. (For details, see separate
instruction for use for the operating light.)
Instrument table arm
All moving parts have to be easily movable without resi-
stance. After the working position is being adjusted, it
can be secured with the locking screw. Test the back-
stopps of the arm, to avoid damage to surface and to
avoid a cable pinch through jiggering.
The initial setting of the arm is secured by the manufac-
turer at the time of delivery.
Capacity of small suction tubing
Fill a measuring cylinder with volume of 1 litre with water
and let the water being sucked back by the small
suction tubing.
The suction output must reach a min. of 0.5 l/min.
Spittoon bowl function
The function is tested by pushing the respective buttons
on the dentist or assistant keyboard.
This way, the rinsing process and the constant water
flow will be tested. Please test the safety stopps of the
spittoon-bowl movement, too.
Cup filling
The filling will be performed through the dentist touch
panel and assistant touch panel.
Functions of patient chair
Visual control of the upholstery as well as testing of the
automatic and manual chair functions (see chapter
„patient chair", page 36).
When instrument functions are active, the functions of
the chair must be deactivated.
Load of patient chair
The chair is designed for a load of up to 150 kg in the
lowest position. Under load the up- and downmove-
ments will be tested. A smooth and even movement of
the motors is necessary.
Movement of headrest
The double rotational headrest must be tested in its
movability. For this, move out the headrest (via slider
activation) and loosen the turning knob at the back of
the headrest. The headrest is now freely to move. For
fixation, tighten both, slider and turning knob, again.
