at the desired temperature can be programmed.

MANUAL CYCLE

to guarantee continuous production. The continuous cycle is useful for all cooling
activities not connected to a phase cycle. In catering, pastry and bread-making,
to freeze and delay the leavening of dough products, as well as in the ice-cream
