7.2 Cleaning the extractor fan and filters
WARNING!
Fire hazard and risk of damage!
Grease deposits can ignite when exposed to heat!
In addition, filters clogged with grease and/or dirt particles
can severely impair the function of the extractor fan
and spread unpleasant odours.
Clean the metal grease filter and, for recirculation operation,
change the two-part active charcoal filter of the cooker hood
at the recommended intervals!
When operating without a grease filter, grease vapour
accumulates inside the appliance and is difficult or impossible
to remove!
This poses a fire hazard and can damage the appliance
or severely impair its function!
Never use the appliance until you have replaced the grease filter!
CAUTION!
Risk of burns!
Parts of the appliance may remain hot for some time
after operation and cause burns!
Make sure that all residual heat warnings have disappeared
and the appliance has cooled down completely before cleaning
its components!

Risk of injury!
Interior components can be sharp-edged!
Protect yourself from injuries when cleaning the interior!
