Operation, Setting and Use
Cooking zone connection to a flex zone
• To operate a flex zone as one large zone,
touch the relevant flex zone key
• Cooking zones 1 and 2 or 3 and 4
are then switched together to form a flex zone.
The flex zone indicator (dot) above the corresponding
flex zone key lights up and both cooking zone displays
show the same power level.
• As with the other cooking zones, you can set the power
level using the slider or the corresponding function keys
of both cooking zones 1 and 2 or 3 and 4.
• When placing other cookware on the flex zone,
touch the corresponding flex zone key
so that it can be recognised.
Disconnecting
• To deactivate the Flex zone,
touch the relevant flex zone key
• Cooking zones 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 are then operated
as individual zones again and the flex zone indicator (dot)
above to the corresponding flex zone key switches off.
• The currently set power levels remain unchanged
and can now be set independently again, as usual.
