5.4 The booster function
With the booster function (quick heating function),
the power of a cooking zone is maximised
for max. 5 minutes.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Activating the booster function
• Touch the key of the cooking zone,
for which you want to activate the booster.
• The power of the cooking zone is maximised;
the corresponding cooking zone display switches
to a "rolling display".
• After 5 minutes, the booster stops automatically
and the cooking zone switches back to the previously
set power level
or to level 15, if the booster has been activated at level 0.
Cancelling the booster function
• To stop the booster and set a power level for the
corresponding cooking zone at the same time,
use the slider as usual.
• When the hob is switched off with the On/Off key
the Booster is also deactivated.
