5.3 General operation and setting
Switching on and preparing for cooking
• Touch the
key for about one second.
After switching on, a signal tone sounds
and all display digits show
The hob is in standby mode.
• Now place suitable cookware centrally on the desired
cooking zone(s).
Make sure that the surface of the cooking zone
and the bottom of the cookware are clean and dry!
Setting the power level
• Select the desired cooking zone by touching its slider.
• Set the desired power level (1-15) for the selected
cooking zone by sliding your finger over the slider (1)
or tapping the desired power level position
on the slider directly (2).
Notesonthepowersetting:
• If no power level is selected for any cooking
zone within one minute after switching on,
the hob switches off automatically.
• During operation, the power level can be
changed at any time in the manner described.
