Important Safety Instructions
• To avoid hazards from spilling hot food, do not use
deformed or unstable cookware and make sure that
handles do not protrude over the edge of the work-
top!
• If liquids enter the extraction grille,
wait until the appliance has cooled down
to remove the grease filter
or to empty the overflow container!
• Pay attention to magnetisable metal objects worn
on the body, as they may become hot near the hob
during use! Gold and silver jewellery are not affected.
• Do not place metal objects such as cutlery or lids
on the hob as they may heat up due to induction!

Fire hazard!
• The hob becomes very hot during operation.
Strictly observe the safety distances and instruc-
tions given in this manual.
• If an exhaust air hose is connected to the extractor
fan, it must be made of heat- and fire-resistant
material and, if necessary, be routed outside
in a separate exhaust air shaft leading outside or
connected to it!
