The following conditions must be met at the linear unit's installation
site:
n
The substrate and the mounting surfaces are designed for static
and dynamic loads.
The installation site has a smooth ground surface, is free from
n
vibrations, oscillations or shocks, and is moisture-resistant.
n
Sufficient lighting is available.
n
The installation site is clean and dry, and free from dust and
objects.
n
The atmosphere must be free from solvents.
n
All of the connections required on site are available.
Room temperature: 0 - 60°C
n
Relative humidity: 0 - 85%
n
n
Temperatures below the dew point are not permitted.

The substrate must be prepared for the linear unit being fixed to
it.

Insert clamping bars (Fig. 13/1) into the slot of the guide pro-
file.
