7.5 Mounting the motor
with timing belt
side drive
The maximum torque and maxi-
mum speed of the motor must not ex-
ceed the limits for the Compact Module!
See "Compact Modules" catalog.
Mounting the housing
• Screw the housing of the timing belt
side drive onto the Compact Module.
Mounting the first belt sprocket
• Push the belt sprocket with flanged
disks, fitted toothed belt and tensioning
unit onto the journal of the Compact
Module.
• Adjust clearance A to the housing.
* A = 11 when i = 1 ! 7.5.4
** A = 11.5 when i = 2 ! 7.5.5
Mounting the tensioning unit
• Lightly oil the tensioning elements.
Do not use oil with MoS
• Type 1:
• Push on the tensioning unit, slightly
tighten the screws, align the hub.
• Type 2:
• Push on the tensioning unit. The
tensioning elements must be com-
pletely inserted into the bore of the
belt sprocket.
• Tighten the screws cross-wise in several
equal steps until the tightening torque
given in the table is reached.

7.5 Montage du moteur avec
renvoi par poulies et
courroie
Le couple moteur maximum et la
vitesse de rotation ne doivent pas dé-
passer les valeurs limites du module
compact ! Voir le catalogue « Modules
Compacts ».
Montage du boîtier
• Fixer le boîtier du renvoi par poulies
et courroie sur le module compact.
Montage de la première poulie
• Insérer la poulie à flasques, la courroie
crantée et la pièce de bridage sur la
sortie d'arbre du module compact.
• Régler l'écart A par rapport au boîtier.
* A = 11 lorsque i = 1 ! 7.5.4
** A = 11,5 lorsque i = 2 ! 7.5.5
Montage des frettes
• Huiler légèrement les frettes.

Ne pas employer d'huile avec

adjuvants MoS
• Type 1:
• Glisser la frette, serrer légèrement
les vis, aligner le moyeu.
• Type 2:
• Glisser la frette. Les frettes doivent
être entièrement introduites dans les
orifices de la poulie.
• Serrer les vis en croix de manière ré-
gulière en plusieurs étapes jusqu'aux
couples de serrage selon le tableau.

puleggia
La coppia massima ed il numero
massimo di giri del motore non devono
superare i valori limite del Linearmodulo
Compact! Fare riferimento al catalogo
« Linearmoduli Compact ».
Montare il supporto
• Avvitare il supporto della trasmissione
a cinghia e puleggia al Linearmodulo
Compact.
Montare la prima puleggia della
cinghia
• Calzare la puleggia con la cinghia
montata utilizzando il calettatore
fornito del Linearmodulo Compact.
• Regolare la distanza A dal supporto.
* A = 11 se i = 1 ! 7.5.4
** A = 11,5 se i = 2 ! 7.5.5
Montare i calettatori
• Lubrificare leggermente con olio gli
elementi di fissaggio.
Non utilizzare olio lubrificante
additivato con MoS

• Tipo 1:
• calzare il calettatore, serrare legger-
mente le viti e allineare il mozzo.
• Tipo 2:
• calzare il calettatore. Gli elementi
di fissaggio devono essere introdotti
interamente nel foro della puleggia
della cinghia.
• Serrare a più stadi le viti a croce in mo-
do uniforme fino a raggiungere le cop-
pie di serraggio riportate nella tabella.
