2 x 4 Schrauben auf der
Antriebsseite lösen.

Komplette Antriebseinheit
gleichmäßig nach oben
entnehmen, dabei nicht verkanten!

Bei Motoranbau mittig „A":
Zahnriemen seitlich abnehmen.
Bei Motoranbau seitlich „B":
Sechskantwellenverbindung
trennen, dann Zahnriemen seitlich
abnehmen.

2 x 4 Schrauben auf der
Umlenkseite lösen.

Komplette Umlenkeinheit
gleichmäßig nach oben
entnehmen, dabei nicht verkanten!

Zahnriemen seitlich abnehmen.
7
Gurtführungsprofi l GP 2 abnehmen.

Defekten Zahnriemen entfernen.

Loosen 2 x 4 screws on the drive
side.

Lift the entire drive unit upwards,
keeping it level. Do not tilt!

If motor positioned centrally „A":
Remove the toothed belt sideways.
If motor positioned at side „B":
disconnect hexagon shaft, then
remove toothed belt at the side.

Loosen 2 x 2 screws at the return
end.

Lift the entire return unit upwards,
keeping it level. Do not tilt!

Remove the toothed belt from the
side.
7
Remove belt guide profi le GP 2.
8
Remove faulty toothed belt.

松开驱动侧的 2 x 4 个螺栓。

将驱动单元完整地水平向上取下，

不要偏斜卡住！
在电机安装在中间"A"时：

从侧面取下齿形带。
在电机安装在侧面"B"时：
分离外六角轴连接，然后从侧面取
下齿形带。
松开回转侧的 2 x 2 个螺栓。

将回转单元完整地水平向上取下，
5
不要偏斜卡住！
从侧面取下齿形带。
6
取下皮带导向型材 GP 2。
7
取下损坏的齿形带。
