Brim
1. Measure the circumference 1–2 cm (0.4" to 0.8") below the level of the perineum (Figure 1).
2. Select the correct brim size from the table below.
NOTE: If the circumference is between two sizes, select the larger size. If you will put the brim high on the lateral
side, think of selecting one size larger.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Direct Socket production is divided into three phases: preparation, casting, and finishing.
For some steps of the fabrication, the assistance of a technician is recommended.
CAUTION: Use protective clothing, gloves, mask and glasses, during fiber braid handling and socket grinding
process.
CAUTION: Read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before using resin. Refer to the MSDS in case of
emergency.
WARNING: Avoid direct contact with resin. Make sure everyone involved wears safety glasses and gloves. Direct
contact with the resin can cause serious eye irritiation and skin irritation.
WARNING: Do not use a different type of resin. Socket may break.
WARNING: Do not cut fiber braids without air extraction. Fiber particles can cause skin, eye, or respiratory
irritation.
