• For the P1 type, use the input pins and COM (+) pins !£@¶, and the output pins and COM
(–) pins !¢@• as pairs, respectively.
• For the P2 type, use the input pins and COM (–) pins !¢@•, and the output pins and COM
(+) pins !£@¶ as pairs, respectively.
Note
The P2 type cannot use the 0 V pin !™ and +5 V DC pin @§.
The I/O logic in the pin status below differs for the P1 and P2 types.

Go/No Go output
High : ON when the value is higher than the upper limit.
Go
: ON when the value is between the upper and lower limits.
Low : ON when the value is less than the lower limit.
Note
All terminals are OFF when an alarm is set.
Alarm output
This is set to OFF when an alarm is triggered. Remove the cause of the trouble, and then
set to ON by pressing the reset key or by the reset input.
Start/hold input
• When the peak-hold function has been chosen, an ON signal sets the maximum and
minimum values to the current values (P-P value is set to zero) and restart their storing.
(Start)
• The function changes when the initial setting is changed from

. In the measuring mode for the current value an ON signal will hold
the output (connector pin) and display of the Go/No Go comparison result. (Hold)
Note
While the Start/hold input is "ON", reset/recall is disaveled by reset key or external reset/
recall input.
Reset/recall input
ON sets the measured value to zero.
When there is a preset value, the preset value is recalled.
Note
Even when the input remains ON, the Go/No Go output (connector pin) and the display are not
held.
