2. Overview

The LT100 display unit is a multi-point measuring unit with up to ten input channels. It is
designed to be incorporated into assembly lines or inspection equipment, and to be used
for measuring components or Go/No Go judgement.
The LT100 is used in combination with a DG, DL, DT series measuring probes.
Counter boards for connecting measuring probes, and BCD boards and RS-232C boards
for expansion functions are all sold separately. Use the appropriate boards as necessary.
Note
The MT10 detector (sold separately) is required for connecting the DT12 measuring probe.

2-1. Features

• Compact size suited to be installed in systems.
Can be panel-mounted.
• Connectable to various equipment.
Go/No Go judgement output is standard feature of the counter boards, and the LT100
has an overall comparison results output. BCD boards and RS-232C boards are also
available.
• Up to four LT100 display units can be connected using an RS-232C board for each
LT100, allowing the data outputs and mode settings for up to 40 channels to be
performed from one LT100 display unit.

• As well as the current value, maximum and minimum values and peak-to-peak values
can also be measured.
• Add/Sub calculation is standard feature.
Can measure the widths or steps of parts.
• Can carry out Go/No Go judgement on different lots.
Three different upper and lower limits for the Go/No Go judgement can be stored in a
memory inside the LT100.
• Power supply is compatible to 100 to 230 V AC.
