4. Setting the stop-bit
is displayed and the stop bit can be set to either one or 2
bits.
5. Setting the parity
is displayed and the parity can be set either on or off.
: No parity : Parity
Note
When the data length is set to 7 bits in step 3, select "ON".
6. Selecting odd or even parity
Enters to this mode when
: Odd parity
: Even parity
7. Selecting the function for the EXT.IN connector
: Mode for using the PZ201 foot-switch (sold
separately).
: Mode for shortening the output interval to less than
given above.
8. Selecting the data transmission format
is displayed and whether to output the data for each
channel continuously following a space or to divide it with the
delimiter is chosen.

Note
If you change the data transmission format selection, be sure to turn the power off and
then on again after finishing the settings. If you do not turn the power off and then on
again, data cannot be output.
Note
When linking multiple LT100 display units, be sure to set all items in steps 1 to 8 to the
same settings for each unit. If the settings differ between the units, you will be unable to
perform RS-232C communication.
RS-232C initial settings are now complete.
