The complete system is okay if:

Disconnect the hosepack from the system components
Remove the gas nozzle and contact tip from the torch neck of the complete system
Screw an appropriate centering sleeve into the torch neck
Screw the complete system onto the mounting block (1)
Insert the testing unit dowel pin (2) into the centering sleeve (3) by pressing on the
spring
The dowel pin glides fully into the centering sleeve with ease
The dowel pin glides out of the centering sleeve with ease after the spring is released
due to the spring force
Secure the mounting block by tigh-

tening the rest of the clamps in a diago-
nal pattern
Test the complete system: Insert the

testing unit dowel pin into the adjusting
sleeve by pressing on the spring
The complete system is okay if:
- The dowel pin glides fully into the
centering sleeve with ease
- The dowel pin glides out of the
centering sleeve with ease after
the spring is released due to the
spring force
If the dowel pin does not glide into the
centering sleeve with ease, the com-
plete system must be adjusted.
If applicable, test all other systems of

identical construction as described be-
low
