With the Robacta Complete System Twin testing system you can test complete Twin robot
welding torch systems, from torch neck to robot shutoff box, for dimensional deviations.
The user is responsible for the setup and initial adjustment.
There are various options available for testing, for example:

Test the torch neck of the Twin complete system using the Robacta Twin testing sys-
tem
The base plate of the Robacta Complete
System Twin testing system contains 6
possible positions for mounting the testing
unit.
For packaging reasons, the testing unit is
pre-mounted the wrong way round on the
0° mounting position when delivered.
Remove the Allen screw on the testing

unit using an Allen key (6 mm)
Remove the testing unit

Secure the Robacta Complete System

Twin to the base plate according to the
torch neck curvature
Remove the appropriate test probes

from the base plate of the Robacta
Complete System Twin testing system
and fit them to the testing unit
