General The Robacta testing system is used to test Robacta robot welding torches and robot torch
necks for dimensional deviations.
The Robacta testing system is available in the following versions:
Robacta W Testing System

Used to test water-cooled robot torch necks
Robacta G Testing System

Used to test gas-cooled robot torch necks
Robacta Twin Testing System
(44,0360,0065)
Used to check the contact tip position on Twin torch necks
Robacta Twin Professional Testing System

Used to test Twin torch necks
Robacta Complete System Testing System
(44,0360,0066)
Used to test the entire robot welding torch system (for example welding torch with robot
hose pack, adjusting clip and shutoff box)
Robacta Complete System Twin Testing System

Used to test the contact tip position on entire Twin welding torch systems (for example Twin
