The base plate of the Robacta W testing
system contains 13 possible positions for
mounting the testing unit.
The testing unit is pre-mounted on the 0°
mounting position when delivered. For
every other torch neck curvature, the tes-
ting unit must be mounted on the base plate
according to the torch neck curvature of the
welding torch that is to be tested:
Remove the Allen screw on the testing

unit using an Allen key (6 mm)
Remove the testing unit

Screw the testing unit to the correct po-

sition on the base plate for the torch
neck that is to be tested
