Removing the gas nozzle and contact tip
Unscrewing the centering sleeve from the base plate
Screwing the centering sleeve into the torch neck

Unscrew the contact tip using a cont-

act-tip wrench:
M6/M8 contact tips ... 7 mm contact-tip
wrench
M10 contact tips ... 8 mm contact-tip
wrench
Unscrew the centering sleeve from the

base plate:
Centering sleeve M10 for Robacta
MTG 4000
Centering sleeve M8 for Robacta MTG
2500
Screw the centering sleeve into the

torch neck instead of the contact tip
