Lightly securing the Twin complete system with moun-
ting block

The mounting block is designed for moun-
ting various robot shutoff boxes.
Disconnect the hosepacks from the

system components
Remove the gas nozzle

Screw the Twin complete system onto

the mounting block
Position the Twin complete system

with mounting block on the base plate
Align the Twin complete system with

mounting block with the testing unit at
a minimum distance of 15 mm (0.59
inch) from the contact tips
Lightly secure the mounting block

using a clamp
Check the position of the contact tips

by pressing on the dowel pin
The test probes must fit perfectly into
the wire outlet openings on the contact
tips.
If the test probes do not fit perfectly into
the wire outlet openings of the contact
tips, the Twin complete system with
mounting block must be readjusted
Secure the mounting block by tigh-

tening the rest of the clamps in a diago-
nal pattern
Check the position of the contact tips

by pressing on the dowel pin
- The Twin complete system is okay
if the test probes fit perfectly into
the wire outlet openings on the
contact tips.
- If this is not the case, the Twin
complete system with mounting
block must be readjusted.
If applicable, test all other systems of

identical construction as described be-
low
