General With the Robacta Twin V testing system, you can test customer-specific Twin robot welding
torches and special models for dimensional deviations.
The user is responsible for the setup and initial adjustment.

The base plate of the Robacta Twin V tes-
ting system contains 6 possible positions
for mounting the testing unit.
For packaging reasons, the testing unit is
pre-mounted the wrong way round on the
0° mounting position when delivered.
Mount the testing unit in the correct position
on the base plate for the torch neck curva-
ture of the welding torch to be tested:
Remove the Allen screw on the testing

unit using an Allen key (6 mm)
Remove the testing unit

Screw the testing unit to the correct po-

sition on the base plate for the torch
neck that is to be tested
The test probes are marked with "sym-
metrical" and "asymmetrical"
Unscrew the appropriate test probes

from the base plate of the Robacta
Twin V testing system
Mount the test probes on the testing
