Place the torch neck in the torch neck holder (1) on the base plate
Secure the torch neck using two union nuts
Check the position, angle, and orientation of the contact tips relative to one another
using the pivoting testing tube
- The torch neck is okay if the pivoting testing tube glides over both contact tips
without resistance
- In the case of dimension deviations, please send the torch neck to Fronius for re-
pairs
Remove the gas nozzle
