The torch neck is okay if:

Push the torch neck into the torch neck holder (1) on the base plate as far as it will go
- It must be possible to push the torch neck into the torch neck holder easily; if it is
not possible or difficult to push the torch neck into the torch neck holder, please
send the torch neck to Fronius to be measured.
Secure the torch neck in the torch neck holder using an M5 x 20 mm Allen screw
Insert the testing unit dowel pin (2) into the centering sleeve (3) by pressing on the
spring
The dowel pin glides fully into the centering sleeve (3) with ease
The dowel pin glides out of the centering sleeve (3) with ease after the spring is re-
leased due to the spring force
If the dowel pin does not glide into or out of the centering sleeve easily, the torch neck
must be adjusted as per the "Robacta Alignment Kit" Operating Instructions
For dimensional deviations > 5 mm (0.197 inch), you should no longer set up the torch
neck on your own. In this case, please send the torch neck to Fronius for repairs
