Internal 3D data buffer is exhausted
due to LAN connection failure.
3D data acquisition cannot be started.
Wait until the data transfer is com-
plete before continuing.
Maximum temperature on lamp unit
exceeded.
Correct the time entry.
The wake up entry is set in the past.
Enter a new time.
