Error List and Solutions
Switch off lamp on touchscreen and
restart. Inform the KNAUER Technical
Support in case the system message
repeats itself. Replace the lamp unit.
Upon device start up or manual vali-
dation attempt, lamp does not ignite.
No entries are possible. First stop
acquiring measurement data, after-
wards you can make a new entry.
Error outside of the device. Check the
external devices and cable connec-
tions.
Check the system to localize and
resolve the source of the external
error.
Switch on the lamp. If the error occurs
again, restart the device.
If the lamp is off after restarting,
replace the lamp.
Attempt to scan while 3D data acqui-
sition is active, leak sensor or shutter is
busy processing previous command.
Wait until the device has complete
processing.
Command not allowed for standby
mode.
Lamp power supply I2C communica-
tion failure.
Leak sensor or lamp power supply
firmware upload or EEPROM I2C com-
munication failure.
Command cannot be executed in
local modus (only in remote modus)
This entry is not executable. Quit soft-
ware.
Lamp power supply data cannot be
edited (service mode should be acti-
vated)
Check the cable connections. Change
the entry.
Wrong command sent to device.
Check the validity of the command.
