Error List and Solutions
Correct command, incorrect parame-
ter. Check the validity of the parame-
ters
Protective lamp cover not correctly
attached or micro switch malfunction.
Attach the lamp cover.
GLP data and lamp operation cannot
be performed as this lamp (D2 or hal-
ogen) is not installed.
Command cannot be carried out
while the lamps are turned off.
Lamp supply not installed or does not
respond.
Upper temperature limit for lamp
power supply has been reached.
Upper temperature limit for lamp unit
has been reached.
Main board temperature sensor not
detected or does not respond.
Leak sensor not detected or does not
respond. Restart the device.
If the leak sensor is still not present,
contact the Technical Support of the
manufacturer.
Switch off the device. Remove the leak
and restart the device.
Make sure that the deuterium lamp
has been installed correctly.
3D data aquisition or single scan is not
available over RS-232.
The recommended 2000 hours for the
deuterium lamp has been exceeded.
Replace the lamp.
The recommended 1000 hours for the
halogen lamp has been exceeded.
Replace the lamp.
Shutter filter motor malfunction.
