10. Machine Component Anomalies
ANOMALY DESCRIPTION
Humidity in the hoppers or inside the control
panel
Rotating grinder-holder mechanically
blocked
Volumetric pump not working
The volumetric pump does not allow the
pressure of 9-10 bar to be reached in closed
output
The machine does not turn on
Boiler not reaching the set temperature
Touch-screen display off
No machine work-surface lighting
Safety valve intervention
Liquid dripping on the surface supporting
the machine
Continuous grounds-drawer-removed

POSSIBLE CAUSES
a) operating anomaly of the steam extraction fan
b) the rear panel or front doors not properly closed
a) foreign body interposed between the grinders
b) interruption of the grinder/dispenser motor run capacitor
c) coffee group upper piston gasket leak during compression
a) interruption of the run capacitor
b) motor failed or disconnected
